Purchase, Subscription and Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. The price, delivery frequency, any subscription discount, and the minimum commitment below are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Your subscription renews automatically and continues until you cancel. Each delivery is charged at the price shown at the time of your order unless we notify you of a change.

By subscribing, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge it for each delivery, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Your first charge occurs at checkout. After that, you'll be charged on the same day of each billing cycle as the day you started your subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th and choose monthly deliveries, you'll be charged on the 5th of each month. As soon as we receive payment, we begin processing your order in the same way as any other order, so the processing and shipping times in our Shipping Policy apply. If a payment fails, we may retry it or contact you to update your payment details, and your shipment may be delayed or canceled until payment is completed.

All subscriptions require a minimum of two deliveries: your initial order and your first renewal. By subscribing, you agree to this commitment. You can't cancel until your first renewal has been charged and processed. If you request cancellation before then, your subscription will continue through the first renewal and cancel automatically afterward, and you don't need to submit the request again.

We may change subscription prices or product formulations. If your subscription price changes, we'll notify you in advance so you can cancel before the new price applies.

If an item in your subscription becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we'll contact you for a substitute a comparable product or cancel that item from your subscription.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept your order once we've confirmed it and have processed your payment.

You can skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, update your products, or cancel your subscription at any time in the subscription or orders page in your customer account. Alternatively, you can use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us at info@vital-nutrio.com. Cancellation applies to future deliveries only. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel at least [48 hours] before your next billing date. Deliveries that have already been processed can't be canceled, but still fall under our Refund Policy.

You can cancel or edit (shipping address, product quantity, ect.) a one-time order within 12 hours after placing it, either in your Customer Account-Orders Page, or by emailing customer service at info@vital-nutrio.com as soon as possible. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so cancellation can't be guaranteed. Once an order has been processed and is ready to ship, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to our Return Policy.

All purchases, including subscription shipments, are subject to our Refund Policy. Because our products are dietary supplements, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery. Products that arrive damaged or expired, or orders that are lost or missing items, are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
