Refund policy

1. Returns

Because our products are dietary supplements intended for ingestion or external use, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and unused, in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, for safety and hygiene reasons.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return the item in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Requesting a Return

To return an item, contact Customer Support at returns@vital-nutrio.com to obtain an RMA number before sending back any products. Any products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. We are available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. 

To assist you, we will need your name, email address and order number.

Please note the following.

  • We will send you a Free Return Shipping Label if your return is approved.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases. 
  • Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us.
  • Do not return items to our corporate address. Any items returned to our corporate office will not be refunded.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 1 - 2 business days after we receive and process your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

3. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please be advised that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post your refund.

4. Free Replacement

We will send a free replacement, including shipping, in any of the following cases:

  • Damaged on arrival: the product or packaging was damaged when it arrived.
  • Expired: the product arrived past its expiration date.
  • Lost or missing: your package was lost in transit, or items were missing from your order.

To make a claim:

  1. Email info@vital-nutrio.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or, for lost packages, within 30 days of the expected delivery date).
  2. Include your order number.
  3. For damaged or expired items, attach clear photos of the product, the expiration date, and the packaging or shipping box.

You do not need to return damaged or expired items unless we ask you to. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund instead.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

N U T R I O reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require you to return your Product to us, and to deny requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or edited (Shipping Address, Product Quantity, ect.) up to 12 hours after an order has been placed. Cancellation is not guaranteed as we work quickly to process and ship your orders. You can cancel an order in your Customer Account-Orders Page or Contact us as soon as possible at info@vital-nutrio.com. Once an order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to this Return Policy.

6. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased from other retailers or resellers.
  • Change of mind on opened products, or individual results that differ from expectations.

7. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
