3. Processing Time

Orders are processed quickly after you place an order, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Due to high order volumes, processing can take up to 72 hours or longer in some cases. If your order has not shipped within 5 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to expedite your order or offer you a full refund.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Ex. (If you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.) You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

4. Delivery Time

Once an order ships it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for your order to reach your door. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page or via your Customer Account-Orders Page. 

If you made a purchase using your Shop account, you can also track your package in the Shop App.

All delivery times will vary by location.

6. Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a fee to reship it.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for how to make a claim.
